I had given my laptop to them to fix the hinge that was broken. They ended up replacing the hinge and the whole back of my laptop. In the process of doing so, they broke pieces on my laptop. They failed to contact me regarding this. So, when I showed up to pick up my laptop, the screen was popping out on ALL 4 sides (see the pictures attached).
