I would put no stars, but it will not allow me.... AMTC is a horrible company with the worst customer service. They charged me $359 for a yearly subscription for Sirius music streaming, but then lost their license with Sirius 5 months in to the subscription. They WILL NOT refund any of my payment! I called and talked to a "manager" who just repeats over and over that according to their rules and regulations, they cannot refund me. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM EVER!!!!!
Terrible company. Auto renewed my yearly subscription even though they lost their license to provide Sirius music. Refused to refund money for a service they didn’t provide. I deleted my credit card with them and they charged my card minutes after. When I disputed the charge with American Express they lied to them and claimed they still provided Sirius to me They even charged me a 50 dispute charge
Horrible company. We canceled their company over 2 years ago... they auto-renewed without consent. The customer service rep hung up on me after telling me that they would not refund the unused portion... which we did not use any of.
My experience was the same as Ross's a few weeks ago. They are not able to get the unit working even after sending us through weeks of hoop jumping. We can send the unit back at our expense but no guarantee's. We will eat the year and a half of prepaid service fee's just to rid ourselves of these business practices. Do yourself a big favor and learn from our mistakes. You deserve better. Brad M
