I have been doing business with AIT for 15 years. Their range and quantity of inventory available meets my needs very often and if they do not have items in stock, they do an excellent job sourcing them from their other locations and providing a timely delivery. This location in particular has done an excellent job exceeding my expectations with good staff helping me on repeat orders and excellent a outside sales Rep. who visits my location often helping me find solutions to harder to solve changes.
This branch always goes the extra mile for service...when I had no idea what I needed to fix the problem they helped me figure it out.
We had a few hydraulic lines on our towtruck that were leaking. They made up the lines in house while I waited. The lines worked perfectly and are made well.
