Enjoy crossfit type workout. This is a great center. I am really grateful for this resource.
Fully functional CrossFit gym with a great staff. There is plenty of equipment, but for some reason, the sauna door can't or won't get fixed.

Greta amount of workout equipment. A lot of powerlifting equipment, rock climbing wall inside, separate dumbbell room and calisthenics room, they supply resistance bands, weight belts, and plenty of space for HITT workouts. Best sauna on base just saying!
