Love everything about Arena Health. I joined on the recommendation of a friend as part of my recovery from a fractured shoulder. I stay because of the motivating environment, excellent trainers and some good banter in the small group sessions. Chris and the team create a friendly, comfortable and non-judgemental environment- but with enough safe pushes to keep you on track!
Love this gym! Friendly personal attention and a really supportive team .. Chris, Marg, Aideen, Frankie and the gang really care about our health and fitness outcomes!
