UPDATE: They called me after MONTHS of no contact claiming that they've been trying to get a hold of me since before the new year. This is decidedly untrue. My phone number has been in service for 10+ years with no changes or interruption in service. Furthermore, the last time I had talked to a representative was in January. Their excuses aren't adding up and I don't appreciate them trying to pin the blame on me when it's THEIR lack of professionalism and organization. Been three weeks with no contact from this agency. Becarful arms works and case mangers make you homless when unmanaged.

If I could I would give this company negative 2! They are all about the money and not the patient. All I can say is RUN from this facility. My initial call I spoke with the owner, Mara, she seemed to have all the right answers for me and everything i was looking for and could get me service immediately. ARMHS with Grief and Trauma therapy. Perfect exactly what I needed. Sounded to good. And what do they say...if it sounds to good it probably isnt true! 2 months later i finally got an appointment.
