I had a lot of stress in my life at one time and it was very hard to cope with life. I felt like I had nowhere to turn. I could not find a psychotherapist to help me. What made life even more stressful during a tough time was trying to access care with medical insurance because most counselors could not take it. ABS was the worst experience I've ever had with Mental Health Therapy. The counselor would miss scheduled appointments and not even bother to follow up with an email to explain why or reschedule. After a few months with ABS I was worse off than before the therapy. My opinion; find somewhere else ASAP! Mosaic has been really good so far!

Short breakdown of our experience: My fiancee made an appointment. She received multiple emails and phone calls confirming the appointment time. 20 mins elapsed after the appointment time and she received no phone call. She followed up, her appointment wasn't found in the system, even after multiple confirmation emails were sent. Forward to a week later, I made an appointment.
