This company has done so much for my child!
I have grandchildren who receive services through Applied Behavioral Connections and they receive amazing services and have grown so much under the supervision of the staff. Our interactions with the Wooster location set the bar high and they are very professional.
Just want to let everyone looking at this place that if the hours of 9-3 dont work for you don't waste months of your time dealing with this place. They Aren't the most professional, i had to call and hound them the entire time until his assessment was approved. They submitted pre authorizations numerous times to insurance and then turned around and cancelled them. Took them 2 months to get that. Please explain to me how you can provide my child with 40 hours of ABA therapy with 5 days a week, with only 6 hours a day? I feel... read more
