Agency is garbage. Provided two horrible inexperienced assistants that were not investing in the case, look like they didn't even know what to do. Didn't even put "half" the time my kid needed. Agency is careless, once medicaid approves them they don't care that's the truth. And now my kid that is in need and waiting all this time was forced in the back of the line. Deserves zero stars. Manipulating money hungry company. They do not care ABOUT YOUR KID. They care about their pockets.
The staff at this agency is amazing. Always really attentive and they truly care about you as a person.
Took my son for diagnosis in order to start behavioral therapy. Love the staff there. They treat me and my son with respect and answered any questions I had. There was no wait and they saw us right on time. Only have kind words to say about the place and staff. Highly recommended.
