We have been with them five years and there customer service is a waste of time. Our rep will not return calls let alone emails.

Absolutely can not fill out the application. Wasting time I need to sleep so I dont seriously kill anyone at my current job. A half hour to upload the resume, delete some random document that uploaded with it for no reason, two hours to add one employer, because so much for reading the resume. Another hour for the next page. Wont upload the last page, I hit back and guess what is erased? I guess I wont leave my current job. More exhausting than a government employment application. Ever do one of those? It was easier.

BEWARE! Customer Service is very bad. They are unprofessional and hide behind emails. I was a customer for 9 years. They abruptly closed my account for no justified reason. They are costing me hundreds of thousands of dollars in recruiting effort and business losses that I will not be able to regain because I host time sensitive events. They have now jeopardized 3 of my brands by stripping me from access to my files and data as I am in the dead heat of hiring for 3 upcoming events.
