I contacted Appliance Works to repair a broken ice maker on 12/9/2022 and after Kyle installed the new ice maker, it stopped working one week later. I contacted Kyle again and it took about a month for him to return to inspect the problem. At that time, I was told by Kyle that he would need additional support from the manufacturer in order to solve the issue. I have left 4 messages in the past 6 months at the number listed on my invoice with no response. In the meantime, I still have a broken ice maker after paying $454.61. ... read more
