Called the company to get a refrigerator fixed. I had to wait a week before I could get an appointment. I received a three hour window of time. I waited for the three hours. No show. I called and the technician told me he doesnt work on that type of appliance. What can I say except unprofessional and **** AWAY.
He said he would refund our money in September- actually part of it $75 of the $80 we sent via Venmo. Still crickets and tumbleweeds.
I called Appliance Smart after my dryer stopped working, hoping to get it repaired. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. After troubleshooting, he explained the problem, ordered the part, and returned a couple of days later to replace the part.
