I was very impressed with the technician. They should all be like him! I don't have his name...my address is 94 E Township Rd., Exton PA He came in the morning today.
Very good service. And very good repairman very polite and very nice tells you what's wrong with your Appliance and fixes it
horrible customer service. scheduled 3 different appointments over a course of 3 weeks to get our 1 1/2 yo washing machine fixed. they came unprepared with no part first. then ordered the wrong part. will never use them again. and you have to put your entire day aside because they won't give you a time frame until the night before (after 5:00)

I have a Kitchen Aid gas range with an extended warranty. Have a problem with the temperature in the oven fluctuating while in use. Called Fast Appliance, the warranty repair company. Their employee came out said we needed new parts. Parts came to my home and I booked a new appt. On 12/29/19 @ 7 PM I was notified that the appointment for 12/30/19 would be a late afternoon to early evening appt. This morning @ 7 AM I saw another notice directing me to a tracking web site.
