We have used this company for many years but never again. In November Sunny attempted to repair our Samsung refrigerator, and after repeated service calls offered us a partial refund on our $300+ service bill as he was unable to fix it. He promised to process a refund for $200+ but it has never happened. I spoke with him numerous times and he always had an excuse. Called on a Sunday to fix the refrigerator, came within 2 hours. He knew the problem right away and had the part in stock. Highly recommend.
