I have to change my review. Due to lack of communication on their end about when they will come and provide the service that I paid in advance. The would tell me that they would show up a specific day but the day came and they never showed up or even called to notify me that they could not come, I had to call to check on them about when they would come to do the service. I had to lose hours of work multiple days because someone had to be home to wait for them and they never showed up.
Jay provided excellent service. I have an older a Maytag refrigerator and he was able to make it work like new so thank you very much.
Jay and Samar did an excellent job replacing the igniter for the broiler in my gas range. They were very professional and went above and beyond by leveling the stove properly for the first time since it was installed several years ago.
Appreciate the prompt service with a Saturday service call and replacement part and repair on Monday. Job was completed with efficiency and professionalism. Will use this service for future appliance repair.
