great service! – we went out on call to repair cust. washer and found no power due to bad breaker/made three trips only charge for one trip plus breaker and labor.got permission to repair and cust.refused to pay. re:tawwater
CONSUMER BEWARE – I would have to rate this mom and pop operation (if you can even call it that) a minus pitiful. Consumer beware with their mark up of parts and their complete lack of professionalism. Be sure and get a quote but even then their tactics are laced with intimidation causing complete frustration to be rid of these individuals. COURTEOUS AND PROMPT!!! – I was referred to this company by a family member, I asked for a specific appointment time and they obliged and the service man was ON TIME!!! Not only did he diagnose my broken refrigerator quickly, he made a return trip the NEXT DAY to make the repair and was again ON TIME, even when I mentioned I would be tight on getting home to meet him. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.....WASTE OF TIME.......NO SERVICE OR CARE – We had a 4:30 appt. My wife took off work early to meet the technician. At 6:00 I called when no one showed up. Was told they were running late and they would be there soon. At 6:30 I called and they said there was no record of the appt. and asked me to call the technician myself!
