This is the first bad review I have ever had to write about anyone. BUt this place is a complete sham. They charged me $443 to repair my freezer - $285 for labor and $135 for parts and $23 for taxes. Two days later the same problem occurred and my freezer and refrigerator were no longer working. I called them multiple times and left voicemails and they never called back. I called this place looking to get a small but very expensive fan fixed. The man who answered the phone told me to buy a new fan at Walgreens for $12. When I told him it was an expensive fan that wouldn't turn on, he told me to wiggle the wires. Then, he said he had another call on the other line and that he didn't have time for me and hung up. If you're not going to fix small appliances, DON'T list yourself as a small appliance repair service. If all you want to do is warranty work on large appliances, then just say so.
