We bought a used washer and dryer unit from here two years ago and they have been wonderful. Last week a part on the washer wore out simply from age and I didn't feel like trying to figure out how to fix it myself. They ordered the part for us and did a house call to fix it and it's running better than ever. Everything was quick, easy and a reasonable price. I would recommend James and his staff to anyone and everyone looking for appliance and repair. Thanks guys!

The owner of this store also post his product on Facebook marketplace. I messaged the owner on a Sunday and agreed to purchase a bedroom suit on Wednesday at 3. The next day I saw on Facebook marketplace that he had marked it as sold which was weird because I hadn’t picked it up yet. I messaged and the seller had sold it out from underneath me. I would not recommend his Facebook marketplace account or his brick and mortar store. He is dishonest and just looking to make a quick buck.

I contacted this seller about furniture listed on Facebook Marketplace, and we agreed on a price and pickup time. Before making the 1.5-hour drive, I reached out to confirm—only to be told the items had already been sold to someone else. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business here due to the lack of reliability and communication.
