Fixed one of my appliance issues. But very poor customer service skills. I waited over an hour for him to show at the time he gave me, and when he finally showed up I came back less than 10 min after as I had other things to do that day, and he was very rude and said “I have other jobs to do why did I have to wait for you” and sat and argued with me. Won’t be doing business with him again.
Mr Skrypka is extremely professional, promptly took care of refrigerator problem, diagnosed washer and ordered parts. Definitely recommend this gentleman with all house appliances repairs.
He diagnosed the problem very quickly and showed me where to buy the part so I could save money by doing an easy repair myself. Honest, and good at what he does.
Wonderful experience very prompt and quite professional
By far the best appliance repair call I’ve ever had. After the power was restored yesterday from the outage, the surge fried my fridge. All the other major appliance companies couldn’t look at it for several days. Hennadii answered the call and showed up a couple hours later ready to insect it. Very polite and courteous. Diagnosed the issue right away and even took the extra time to repair the part himself. Great experience and I would recommend this company to anyone!
