Had my dryer repaired under an hour. Showed up on time. Wasn’t overpriced. Will definitely use him again!
Prompt and kind. Definitely be my go to repairman.
Fixed one of my appliance issues. But very poor customer service skills. I waited over an hour for him to show at the time he gave me, and when he finally showed up I came back less than 10 min after as I had other things to do that day, and he was very rude and said “I have other jobs to do why did I have to wait for you” and sat and argued with me. Won’t be doing business with him again.
Mr Skrypka is extremely professional, promptly took care of refrigerator problem, diagnosed washer and ordered parts. Definitely recommend this gentleman with all house appliances repairs.
He diagnosed the problem very quickly and showed me where to buy the part so I could save money by doing an easy repair myself. Honest, and good at what he does.
