Bought burner phones to travel to Europe. Specifically said we were going to Ireland, England and Wales. We were sold SIM cards for the phones that only worked in Canada. We didn't know this until we arrived in Ireland on the first day of our trip. We had to spend the day trying to get new cards for Ireland, England and Wales. The problem at the Willow Grove Best Buy is that no one seems to know anything about phones. They had 1 person from the Geek Squad that knew anything about phones.
