We recently had a great experience buying a refrigerator at Applianceland in Annapolis. Our salesperson, Dette showed us many products and was a wealth of knowledge. She was very patient with us as we decided which product to purchase. We were on a budget, and she recommended products, keeping within our price range. Excellent experience. Purchased three appliances on Monday and they were delivered on Thursday. Dette listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Darryl and Queshawn delivered the appliances without a dent, scratch or ding. They wouldn't leave until they were sure everything was working properly. Darryl took the time to explain different functions on the refrigerator. What a top-notch team!

We just had our new Frigidaire refrigerator installed by Darryl and Sean. They arrived on time and did an excellent job in removing our old refrigerator and installing the new one. They were very careful not to damage our floors and area rugs and were very knowledgeable about the operation of our new refrigerators. After reading the scathing review of Appliance land, I felt I needed to post a positive one. I recently went through Appliance land to replace my microwave. Dette was great and the installers were top class. The company years earlier had designed my kitchen with GE Profile appliances and I had a positive outcome. I would definitely recommend this company.
During a recent storm, my GE cooktop and Frigidaire wine cooler both were damaged due to a power surge, leaving both appliances unusable. After spending several hours to find/locate a replacement for each item, I was able to locate replacements at the Appliance Store in Annapolis, MD. We were told it would take a week to have the cooktop installed and settled on a Thursday.
