Dont waste your time dealing with this company. An appointment was scheduled and they never called and never showed up. In reading their reviews I guess Im lucky as they do not look like a very reputable company.

Should have read the reviews before engaging their services. $375 down the drain and appliance down the recycle center.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY...read all the reviews ...I echo them and more. Unprofessional, incompetent and unresponsive. Brian hung up the phone on me when I called him out on the information he sent to my warranty company. They are a real joke. Only trying to rip you off and make money on the side. I have never been more disappointed in a company than I am today. They cost me time and money! They have no idea of what they are doing. DO NOT USE! I am filing a complaint with BBB.

I did a claim on my washing machine with my home warranty company and they assigned it to ApplianceFixIts.com. The tech **** came out and said it was the stabilizer bars that needed to be replaced and I paid them the service fee required by my home warranty company. **** stated that it didn't like it have been overloaded but when he took it back to his boss/dad ******** he turned it in as overloaded. I called and asked him why he would say that when he hadn't even seen it he said he had been doing this for 30 years and knew ... read more

Your concern is with your warranty company. If they do not authorize payment to continue repair we will not complete. We gave them cost and desired there questions asked. We are in contract with them to obtain information on your appliance and if you continue with proceeding. All repair cost must be approved for payment thru your warranty company. We do not know what your contract is with your warranty company.

This company has gone out of their way to try and help me with my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. They have sent out technicians to try and fix my unit, and have communicated with me well during the process, and firmly know what they are doing. The home warranty company I use has made my situation much more difficult than it needed to be, but these guys definitely have gone up and beyond in trying to assist us in getting things back up and running. I recommend them to anyone with appliance issues!

Terrible way to run a business. Was given window of service of 11 am to 3 pm. I called at 3 pm to find out where technician was located. I was told technician too busy, would have to reschedule. No phone call. I asked why I wasn't notified. Too busy. This was through a home warranty. Later found e mail from home warranty at 2:50 pm that we were rescheduled for 2 days later after wasting 4 hours of this day. I would rather buy a new appliance than wait 1 minute longer on this incompetent company.

Your concern is with your warranty company. No payment agreement was agreed with our company and you to complete service. For future repairs direct yourself to our company website.

Used our home warranty to submit a claim for our refrigerator and they gave us to this business, couldn't come out for 2 days and then didnt show up. We had a window of 3pm-8pm which they close at 6pm....My husband called the tech and he said he wasn't coming because he was too swamped! We now have been without a refrigerator for 3 days in the ** heat. Contacted our warranty company to get us someone else.

Your customer service decision would be considered by your warranty company. No payment was agreed with our company to perform services.
