Not ASAP at all. We are selling our house and needed our microwave fixed ASAP. Not only did we pay the amount it would take to replace the entire unit (it's an expensive microwave) when they finally got the part and could "fit us in" the microwave only worked long enough for the repair person to walk out the door. I took a picture of all the tags on my appliance and that wasn't sufficient so they came not prepared to fix my appliance. They told me it just needed belts and that they would have them ordered, once they were in they would install them. A week later they came out to my house, my son who is of age to be able to stay home was there and the tech said he wouldn't go into my house with my son there.
