Not ASAP at all. We are selling our house and needed our microwave fixed ASAP. Not only did we pay the amount it would take to replace the entire unit (it's an expensive microwave) when they finally got the part and could "fit us in" the microwave only worked long enough for the repair person to walk out the door. When I called to let them know that our microwave is still not working, there was no urgency on their part to schedule someone to fix it.
