damaged my floor and refused to take accountability when it was not made clear that it was our responsibility to protect the floors even though with all other appliance deliveries from multiple companies, the delivery driver has brought floor protection.
Ordered an air con unit with 1-3 day delivery. Day 4 no unit, call to find out it’s 5-15 days before they receive it, THEN 1-3 days??? Oh, and the order from the supplier was cancelled so actually we were never getting it, but they were “in the process of sending emails out to people about it”, absolute joke of a company, if you need something quickly DO NOT USE

Have used Appliance World a few times now. Steve in the shop was really helpful. Just had a new dishwasher delivered and fitted, the guy did a great job, made it look easy. Really pleased with it. Would definitely recommend.
