Setup appointment on 9/5 for 9/8. Never showed. Then allowed him to schedule again for 9/17. He called and changed to 9/30 before 3pm. I texted after 3 and he said he isn't coming. I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!
I suggest watching out for a guy name travis at this place. This guy is a felon and will only take your money and never respond to you. The owner says hes a "sub contractor", but will not help you in any ways to resolve the problem, so I would definitely not recommend this place to absolutely no one unless you just want your money taken and/or being sold. Broken inventory.
He was to come repair the washer and dryer. He fixed the off/on switch for the dryer, adjusted the self leveling legs on the washer and called it good. It is not fixed and now they won't even call me back offer answer any of my calls. They were chosen by my appliance insurance company but i don't recommend them at all so far. Thanks for nothing.
If I could give zero stars I would. Was late at first appointment by several hours. Did not fix the problem and was to come back out. No showed two days in a row. Furious at his lack of professionalism and common curtesy for others time.
