Our refrigerator motherboard died. This company was able to perform the service call days before others could. I was fairly certain what the problem was, and asked that they bring the new part with them. They were able to get to me an hour earlier than the initial appointment. Thirty minutes later the board was replaced and the problem resolved. The phone receptionist and serviceman were very friendly and efficient.
