Jarrett just fixed our refrigerator and it was a great experience! He was able to come out to our house the same morning we called, and gave us a 10 min heads up before he arrived. He was very professional, personable, and the repair seemed reasonably priced. Very grateful for the quick and painless fix to our fridge!!
Daniel did it again! He came over with his positive attitude, friendliness, and knowledge and fixed our refrigerator/freezer. He knew what the issue was before he even looked at it and was in and out with the repair. He’s been to our house multiple times in the past year and is such a delightful person and an asset to Appliance Works. He should definitely receive kudos from his boss via a raise or bonus. It’s a pleasure dealing with Appliance Works and I highly recommend them.
Javon was amazing, polite, professional on time couldn’t ask for anything more. He went above and beyond explaining everything that was wrong with the washing machine took his time did not rush. I haven’t had this great of a service in a long, long time. It’s great to see some people are still out there that care about their customers. Would highly recommend the company appliance works
Jarret H was called to repair our LG washing machine. He was prompt and courteous when he arrived. He was careful to put down towels and keep the work area clean. He diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me the cost for the repair before beginning. Thank you Jarret for being so professional!
Great service! Jarrett called 15 minutes before arrival to let us know he was on schedule and on his way. Jarrett was friendly and knowledgeable. He found the problem with our icemaker promptly and explained the problem thouroughly, offering us options, fair repair estimates, etc. I will definately call Appliance Works back for any future appliance repair needs. 👍
