Jarret H was called to repair our LG washing machine. He was prompt and courteous when he arrived. He was careful to put down towels and keep the work area clean. He diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me the cost for the repair before beginning. Thank you Jarret for being so professional!

Rapid, responsive, reliable. Thought the 5 star rating might be too good to be true. But it was true! My issue was addressed within 24 hours. He had the parts and was done with the repair before I could finish reading the paper.

Cristina C was amazing in helping diagnose what was wrong with our dishwasher and get it repaired quickly. She was very professional, knowledgeable, skilled in her trade and communicated very clearly so we knew what had gone wrong. I could not recommend Cristina any higher.

Jarret was awesome. He was able to come within a business day for a fridge which wasn’t cooling. Fixed the issue, gave tips on how to maintain my fridge, and was out within 30 minutes. Kind, courteous, and professional. Repair was very reasonable, especially when compared to the cost of a new fridge. Would definitely recommend and will be using Appliance Works for future appliance repair.
