Excellent service and honest pricing. They serviced our dryer and refrigerator we were very pleased with both items.

Appliance Wizard used to be our go to for repairs but things have changed and not for the better. Caused a water leak out of sheer carelessness during the last visit. All this while having an unprofessional demeanor (see evidence below for an example). The 3 stars are to reflect the overall experience over the years. Otherwise, the score would be lower based on most recent experiences.
They refused to conduct a diagnostic for a claim related to FPL surge protection. They stated that while they could perform the diagnostic, they would not sign or complete the necessary documents indicating that the appliances may or may not have been damaged by a power surge because they weren't present when the surge occurred. What type of technician can not determine whether the damage was caused by a power surge or not? Nonsense.
Great experience, I called and had a nice conversation with Dena who was able to schedule a service call same day. My refrigerator was fixed quickly. Thank you for the great customer service.
