My property management company relies heavily on Appliance Wizard and they do not disappoint. They probably deal with 50+ requests from us a month and they are consistent and fair. We use an online platform for our rentals and ask vendors to use it as well- Appliance Wizard is one of maybe 3 that actually do this- they keep detailed notes- update us on scheduling and upload their invoices. I would not recommend this service to anyone. They took $90 for a dishwasher diagnosis. I asked them twice to order the part needed and install it. They were very nice on the phone but never followed up to fix the problem. Unfortunately zero stars are not an option.
I had the pleasure of working with Appliance Wizard through my home Warranty! All of the ladies in the office are extremely kind and professional. Jayson is a fast and efficient tech! Long story short, I was having problems with my LG fridge, Appliance Wizard came out and worked their magic. No fault of their own, my fridge problems became more complicated than expected..
