I would not recommend this service to anyone. They took $90 for a dishwasher diagnosis. I asked them twice to order the part needed and install it. They were very nice on the phone but never followed up to fix the problem. Unfortunately zero stars are not an option.
I had the pleasure of working with Appliance Wizard through my home Warranty! All of the ladies in the office are extremely kind and professional. Jayson is a fast and efficient tech! Long story short, I was having problems with my LG fridge, Appliance Wizard came out and worked their magic. No fault of their own, my fridge problems became more complicated than expected.. Negative stars if possible. This guy drives like a complete idiot. Doesn’t know how a merge works and endangers peoples lives while driving. I would recommend Riegelmann's Appliance if you’re wanting a true professional to work on your appliances.
