Negative stars if possible. This guy drives like a complete idiot. Doesn’t know how a merge works and endangers peoples lives while driving. I would recommend Riegelmann's Appliance if you’re wanting a true professional to work on your appliances.
Rob from Appliance Wizard was just here, helping me with some refrigerator and washing machine issues. He was excellent - on time, very knowledgeable, fixed both appliances efficiently, and is an all-round nice guy. I have called on Appliance Wizard for (maybe) 15 years. His father, Walter Shively, fixed many appliances for me in my old home. This is the ONLY company I call if I have a problem - they know their stuff, and are very honest and equally helpful. I highly recommend Appliance Wizard!
We have had exemplary service from Appliance Wizard….first with a refrigerator and second experience with a 20 year old Maytag dryer. Both times, the solution was not straightforward, but the technician stayed with the problem until it was solved. Both problems required more than one trip to our home. The technicians were professional and always willing to stick with the problem until it was solved. Attitude, knowledge, timeliness…we couldn’t have asked for more. (Gabe was outstanding!)
Jason was awesome! My problem was operator error, but since he was out making a service call, he went ahead and rerouted my drain hose which was not correct. Then, less than 2 weeks later, I had another OE (unrelated to the first one). They came back out and didn't charge me for another call. I was mortified with my inability to work my dishwasher, but Jason was kind, respectful, etc. Office staff great too!
Update: Avoid doing business with Appliance Wizard. When trying to resolve damages with owner he was aggressive, combative, and threatening . Shortly after he left for a second time he just made excuses for his sloppy workmanship, his negligence and carelessness of damaging the Refrigerator. Since then his repair has failed again. They advertise 100% satisfaction but in reality if you have an issue you will have to deal with someone like this and you will be stuck with their irresponsible behavior.
