Avoid at all costs. He charges $100 to come out and give a quote! Absolutely ludicrous: $100 to know the cost of repair?! Also I need a magnetic seal for my fridge ($140 online) and new ice maker ($180). He quoted me $756!!!!!!
Our dryer belt broke on a Friday, and Matt made a house visit on Sunday even though it was his day off. In less than an hour, he had it fixed, put back together, and had helped me clean up the area as well. He also pointed out that the brown lint in it was on the verge of a fire risk as we just moved into the place and suspect it hadn't been cleaned in years. I emailed Matt and within a few hours he sent me a text. Professional, kind, and very knowledgable. He answered all my questions about the washing machine and how much longer we could expect to own it. He let me know what essential parts are no longer available for it, which was a huge help in knowing when we will need to start looking at a new washer. Great communication. Absolutely worth every penny we spent on the job.
