Poor customer service. You take a chance when you buy from them. They'll talk the product up, but then when it doesn't work they don't want to honor the full extent of what the word "warranty" means that they offer. Would never refer them ever!!!

Absolutely horrible service!! I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, but when the day came, they claimed there was no record of it and said I had called the wrong number — then abruptly hung up. I called back several times for clarification, but received the same dismissive response each time. Very unprofessional. Don't use them!!
THE DRIER caught on FIRE! over $17k in damages to my new home! Paid over $300 For a used Kenmore drier The owner guaranteed was perfect. He charges $60 to deliver and install. They ended up just leaving it at the door hours before scheduled. I plugging it in and the Breaker popped once. Finally it started, I ran it empty on low heat. it worked for about 10 minutes then smoke from behind it fill the entire house!
