I called a few appliance stores around Portland before Cam at Appliance Warehouse saved us. We had a tricky situation not being able to remove an old fridge from a third floor apartment, but he was so can do throughout the whole process. Had a great experience with them moving and installing our new washer/dryer tower that we had purchased from another store. They kept everything clean, made sure things were running properly with no leaking, and hauled our old units away without issue.
