Chose Appliance Warehouse on my sister's recommendation after shopping around at a few other places. No frills showroom but what they have, they stand by and have in stock. Sales team (Jim) are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Price includes local delivery. They are very upfront on exactly what the cost is and what they can do for you. Tried to call and get an estimate for new appliances for our apartment units. The guy who answered the phone was rude, abrupt and clearly wasn’t interested in helping. When I told him the name of the product I was interested in, he kept asking me ‘what’s model number’ and when I said I wasn’t sure because I was having issues navigating the website, his response was snarky impatience. Cameron in the showroom was very helpful and knowledge, and assisted me with my recent refrigerator purchase. Matt (who's been with Appliance Warehouse for eight years) and Billy (who was very courteous) delivered my refrigerator. Was to deliver stove and fridge never showed up
This place is a major step above going to big box stores. Not only are the prices considerably less, but the customer service is insanely better. They even helped fill out rebate forms I didn't know I was entitled to. Highly reccomend.
