Fast and professional repair - Levittown Pa. - quickly arrived and fixed our problem. Reasonably priced and very professional. Would highly recommend! Randy was very knowledgeable and provided great service! The owner of this company has passed away. Such tragic news.
Confirmed an appointment on their website, they confirmed the arrival window and never showed up. Called and left a message and they never called.
I called and made an appointment today. They never showed up or called saying they needed to change or cancel the appointment.
Randy arrived the same day I called, and he ordered the part my broken washer needed. He fixed it within two days, and showed up on a Saturday! He explained the costs, and how the repair was to be done. Randy also gave us some helpful advice about general maintenance and when to replace the machine. It's great to know who to call when an appliance breaks!
