170 service call, will not dec from bill now I know why rating is so low
Don made it here the same day I called. He fixed the problem with my refrigerator and explained how to keep it from happening again! Great service! Wouldn't hesitate to call him for future problems!
Called and left message per instructions. No call back. Called again and left message. Received a call back with a message of " I didn't call you back as we are booked up through next week and are not taking new appointments". Very unprofessional and another day without our freezer.
