I never had a problem with them
Better customer service. The company fails to follow through on the simplest of activities, leaving customers to wonder what in the heck is going on.
It's been over 3 weeks since the tech looked at my washer & said he'd order the part. No part has been ordered & now they won't answer LG's phone call.. Not sure why they are contracted to do work if they don't want it? Horrible customer service.
