Snapped a belt on my samsung drier. Talked to Norm and he was willing to come out and fix it. However, he recommended I watch a YouTube video and see if I could do it myself. I am not mechanical but my wife and I were able to figure it out. Saved about $400. Will definitely use in the future.
He fixed the dryer and it works great. And when I needed a plumber for another job, he reached out to one he knew and that job was done within 2 days. I'm so grateful.
These guys are great. I was having issues with a dryer and gave them a call and left a voicemail. They called me back not ten minutes later and went over some things I could try myself to fix the problem on my own before having them come out. We’ll sure enough it worked so I just want to say THANK YOU so much! Gotta love honest friendly businesses. And if I ever have any issues in the future you guys have my business!
