Terrible service!!! We used Appliance Specialists @ 4135 Stahl Rd, Ste. #6 The customer service when we called the office was less than desirable. The woman on the phone was rude and acted as if she hated her job. The first day, the technician was to come by 4pm and did not show up until after 6pm. After getting a quote for repairs, he was scheduled to come the next day after his 9am appt a few streets over. He never showed and we were told he'd be fixing our washer between 9 and noon the following day. He finally showed up ... read more
Refrigerator service Great service. They were able to come out and fix my refrigerator the same day I called when all the other companies couldn't come until the next week. When he arrived he got right to work and explained what was wrong, what would fix it, and how much it would be. Very efficient, nice, and professional.
