Do not contact Jeff for any services. He came to my home, took my deposit for the repair and when he came to fix my washer, he said it was working again and that he would refund my money. The washer did 2 more washes and quit working and Jeff has never returned my money nor ever fixed the washer. He is a thief and I have filed suit against him.
We were sent to Jeff by our home warranty. He sounded very knowledgeable and tried to work with our schedule. The only problem was he was unreliable. The initial appointment of October 20th we had set with him, he had to change to the following day. Once repairs were determined, we tried to set up appointments with him on three different occasions, which ended up being cancelled by him for some reason or another. Horrible customer service, no follow thru on promises and inconsistent communication. I’ve been trying to get them to complete an appliance repair that they started over a month ago to no avail. If you need something fixed, this is not the place you want to go to.
Jeff saved our family dinner party with amazing service and great professionalism. Highly recommend!
