Great selection, prices, and service. We noticed that we lost an indicator light on the stove we bought from them while bringing it home and they mailed a replacement the next day!
Incredible experience. Had 2 other companies out but didn’t get the problem fixed. Mason had patience and knowledge to go after all issues. Will totally use these folks again!!!
Cannot even describe how wonderful our experience with Appliance Solutions has been. After browsing around the store, our family decided on a beautiful washer and dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Tori did an amazing job helping us get everything checked out and scheduling delivery for us. After delivery and haul away fees, we still paid less for all 4 appliances than we would have for a single appliance at other places. Without a doubt, they're the best place around.
Tim provided excellent customer service and expertise in changing a broken belt on our whirlpool dryer. He made an evening service call to our home within 24 hours of a call for a repair. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future for all appliance help needed. Thank you Appliance Solutions!
Here's a review worth a glance. We had our dryer go out and I had ordered the new part to fix it plus another as a back up. When the first arrived my mother panicked because there wasn't a bearing in the middle which I was going to tap out of the old one. She comes to this store and they "helped" her. She bought 2 new bearings for a price of $75, $37.50 per bearing. This was the discounted price from my mother bringing in our 2 bad bearings, and the brand new one I bought for $10 off home depot.
