We had the complete displeasure of working with Tim and his team on our cooktop stove, which was not igniting properly. When I explained the issue, Tim confidently told me, “This will be an easy problem to fix,” and that “these stove tops are really good and should ignite on the first try.” His team picked up our cooktop and assured us it would take “about a day” to repair. Great job guy we sure like doing business here. Tim very helpful put us with Steve and he helped us bring back the smile for someone with out washer and dryer. Matt from Appliance Solutions came out, fixed a bad idler in our Samsung dryer, advised not to replace rollers due to price, confirmed the belt was good, and was all done in about 20 minutes! Answered question from my wife, and our dryer works like new! Thank you!
