Context here, post-owner response. There was a misunderstanding at first between landlord and renter on the state of the oven that was being delivered. You now earned back a one star review for calling my wife over the phone and trying to bully her into taking a review down. Wow, talk about a business that still has integrity! These guys are really honest and just want to help. They gave us advice free of charge to help fix our washer. They have parts and even some nice scratch and dent and repaired appliances for sale. We will be using them for any future needs. Thank you!
I walked into the store yesterday after my washer died. I bought a washer at a very fair price and had a delivery scheduled for the very next day in the morning that was convenient for my work schedule. SO much better customer service than a big box store. Delivery guys texted me on the way and were on time. Again, not like the big box stores with a 12 hour window. Highly recommend this company as the customer service was amazing!
Our dryer conked out. Disaster for a family of six. Decided to call Appliance Solutions because they weren't far from our house and they got stellar reviews. We are so glad we did. Josh showed up the next day, decided he needed to bring it to their shop. He carted the dryer out to the truck. Next day he and Ray showed up, brought the dryer into the laundry room and reconnected the vent. We had done that based on some YouTube videos - LOL. Found out they do all kinds of appliances. No need of a review. There doors suck they need to look for a better way on this all my appliances are with them and I am lost 4 years and planning to change everything in my house. Whirlpool needs to change. This is sad on me from microwave, cook top and fridge is next I bet. Just crossing my hands the fridge doesn’t go the same route like my neighbors
