I had a great experience with Appliance Services. Karen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. Because of her excellent customer service, I will definitely be using this business again for future appliance repairs.
The technician was great. Very professional! He completed work quickly and efficiently. He was very personal. I highly recommend and will use them again whenever a need arises. Great company and staff!
So I have a Maytag washer from 2019 got stuck in rinse cycle. Spoke with a lovely woman that walked me through a diagnosis over the phone. The machine is now working. They are a hidden jem. Service like this is hard to come by these days. Highly recommended they are good
Provided amazing customer service! The burners and oven to my gas stove wouldn't automatically light. After discussing the issue and model number over the phone, he gave me an estimate for repair but suggested replacement. What made this more amazing is he actually recommended that I unplug it and see if the electronic portion reset. After waiting the recommended 20 minutes, I plugged my stove back in and it worked!
