So I have a Maytag washer from 2019 got stuck in rinse cycle. Spoke with a lovely woman that walked me through a diagnosis over the phone. The machine is now working. They are a hidden jem. Service like this is hard to come by these days. Highly recommended they are good
Provided amazing customer service! The burners and oven to my gas stove wouldn't automatically light. After discussing the issue and model number over the phone, he gave me an estimate for repair but suggested replacement. What made this more amazing is he actually recommended that I unplug it and see if the electronic portion reset. After waiting the recommended 20 minutes, I plugged my stove back in and it worked! This service seems to have an overwhelming number of excellent reviews. They deserve them. I needed help with my Whirlpool washer and they solved the problem over the phone for me I’m so appreciative. Don’t go to anyone else!
I live in Maine so I’m unfortunately not in their service area, however the time and advice that Karen gave me pointed me in the right direction. She was so professional and personable most people don’t take the time to go above and beyond in general but the fact that she did even though I’m not in her service area is amazing.
