This service seems to have an overwhelming number of excellent reviews. They deserve them. I needed help with my Whirlpool washer and they solved the problem over the phone for me I’m so appreciative. Don’t go to anyone else!
I live in Maine so I’m unfortunately not in their service area, however the time and advice that Karen gave me pointed me in the right direction. She was so professional and personable most people don’t take the time to go above and beyond in general but the fact that she did even though I’m not in her service area is amazing.
Great communication, with appointment reminders and en-route notifications. Everyone was was friendly and the repair tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. The tech repaired my dryer and refrigerator within an hour. The cost was also very reasonable.
As so many have already stated: How fortunate we are to have David and Karen and Appliance Services! It's so difficult to find such superb customer service and the advice offered from both Karen and David is always appreciated!
