Karen returned my call very promptly, and even though they do not service my area (Maine) she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, including emailing me a video and part number info, to help me make an informed repair decision. Too bad I'm out of their territory, I would have hire them for sure.

So I have a Maytag washer from 2019 got stuck in rinse cycle. Spoke with a lovely woman that walked me through a diagnosis over the phone. The machine is now working. They are a hidden jem. Service like this is hard to come by these days. Highly recommended they are good
