Andrew was very friendly and explained things as he investigated, and when it was found that replacement was a better idea, he answered my questions as to different brand options I might consider. Since he was here under 10 minutes and didn't repair anything, he only charged the trip fee.
Repairman knew his stuff and took time to explain what he did
Cody pointed me in the right direction when my microwave died. Although i was not able to do any business with him i am leaving a good review since he took a decent chunk of his time to talk to me and thoroughly explain to me why i would unfortunately need to buy a new microwave instead of a repair. Great local business and professional people.
