OWNER YELLED AND CURSED AT ME IN HIS STORE: I live 3 hours from Flagstaff but this was the closest store with the part I needed. I sent an email to ask if they had it, but when I went to pick it up they gave me the wrong part. No problem there, it happens. They apologized and offered to ship the correct part. Over a month of waiting and the part never showed up and they stopped responding to my emails asking for an update and proof of shipping.
