My refrigerator quit working and Stanley arrived to fix it within 2 hours of my call. While promptness is always appreciated when an appliance is on the blink, what I liked even more was the communications from Stanley. From the call that he was on his way, to his detailed explanation of what was wrong, I knew exactly what was wrong and the available options to fix the problem. No mysteries of what was wrong and he quickly fixed the problem. I will certainly call him again if I need something else fixed.

Every time I call Appliance Pro a REAL PERSON always answers. I am never on an endless cycle of number pushing like every other company. They are fast and efficient. Same day repair on my broken refrigerator with fair price to. Will call again and refer to my friends. Thanks Again !!!

I used other company but my tech is on vacation, so when my Kenmore refrigerator started to make a funny sound I called my local Atlanta Appliance company.They had a repair man sent to me the same day! When the repairman arrived, he went through the usual diagnostics. He was of great service. Not only did he diagnosis the problem the first time around, but he went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. He also cleaned out the condenser coils. Now that's what I call service. I would recommend this company ..

I am waiting on These people to call me back. They took a $200 deposit and claim they can't find a standard GE part. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt for now but it is going on 3 weeks.

You have gained a new loyal customer, You have gained a new loyal customer Alen, your tech was at my house yesterday diagnosing my refrigerator. He was extremely friendly, answered all of my questions, and made recommendations to avoid the problem in the future. I was having a hard time with keeping the food cold, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it right on the spot $96 bill was surprisingly fair.
