Well definitely a pattern of Bad Business Practices with this establishment. All reviews sound the same. We too have a Lowes Refrigerator under warranty. When called Lowes they set up appointment with this Company. The appointment was for September 12, 2018 between the hours of 8-4. When no one showed by 3 I called to see how far out they were. My home warranty plan; Fidelity set up my work order with Appliance Service plus, they came out here on Wednesday July 26, 2017, Jonathan the tech stated when he got back to his office he would have the parts ordered. My washing machine and Dishwasher are the appliances needing the service. We were supposed to hear back from them within 2 days. Nothing, so I contacted them and I was told by Tammy, that it would be another 10 days, because Fidelity needed to authorize the parts, something about exceeding the $250 limit. I cal... read more

This company is very unprofessional! I had warranty for my refrigerator through Lowes and they contracted Appliance Service Plus to come out and repair. Initially it took them 3 weeks to get the parts needed and then when it came time for my appointment I was called 30min before my scheduled arrival window (12pm-2pm) to inform me the technician did not have my parts on his truck and they could not drive back to their company to pick the parts back up so the service could not be completed today. This company is a scam! I told them prior that my refrigerator was heavy and that they may need a dolly. He Called his boss then called me back and said if they need a second person then I would have to wait a week. I told him that I would go with a different company then because I needed it done ASAP he then told me to just let him come and take a look at it because he may not need a second person.
