Kevin Glass is professional, took proper safety precautions, diagnosed our problems accurately, and didn't replace parts that actually worked with a simple adjustment.
I am so impressed with this company, which I actually found by mistake. My first refrigerator repairman told me the part was no longer available, there was nothing he could do. Months later I called back with another problem and accidental call Appliance Service of Lexington instead. What a blessing! Kevin took the time to fix the second problem and really dig deeply and fix the first problem also. Had a problem with washer and left a request for call back. Was contacted in a timely manner to schedule an appt. A very busy day, but Kevin worked us in his schedule, called to let us know he was on his way, quickly diagnosed the problem and handled the repair. Very professional, courteous and obviously knowledgeable. Would highly recommend - deserves top rating

We've had both our dishwasher and oven fixed by Appliance Service of Lexington and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The dishwasher was repaired two years ago and we've had no problems since and I CAN FINALLY USE MY OVEN RELIABLY AGAIN! I'm so thankful! Great experiences, won't use anyone else!

Made an appt told $65 for a Service Call & would be given an estimate for the cost of any parts or labor needed to fix it. Kevin arrived, look at fridge then said there was an ice build up in the fridge. He said he melted it & if it happened again to leave the door open for 24 hrs then asked for $110. I asked what happened to an estimate for any add'l charges or at least telling us. He said, "I'm sorry for not telling you but I did the work & your fridge is working now".
