Two bad encounters on two separate occasions with this company. The service man took the front of my washer off (2mins) looked at the belt and told me it looked ok and gave me a 5 min run around "on the works of a washer" then stated he could change the belt which would be $165 some dollars which may not fix the problem as it looked ok. Why change it then?! Then states the service fee is good for 90 days, if the problem continues or gets worse to call.
