This place is starting to be very low budget with their customer service. My property management company uses them for their repairs. I am one that has patience but this is ridiculously. Long story short, they had to replace my stackable because the dryer went out. When they came out with a new one the dryer was very used looking and then it broke down the same day lol. Contacted ASC about my Samsung gas range . Great response by the receptionist. Mario came on time . He went right to work . No BS sales pitch . Diagnosed the problem . Had the equipment and the part . Excellent job . Will be a returning customer.
You should be aware that they require you to personally drive to their store to pay for a service-call. They would not allow me to give them my credit card over the phone. I am a retired senior citizen who could not drive to their store. I bought a refurbished refrigerator ($500) in July of 2023. The unit does not work now. They will not come to repair the refrigerator that they installed 9 months ago. When I bought the refrigerator, I paid for it with my credit card over the phone. This policy is not customer friendly.

Stay away from these guys. They took it personally when I told them my breaker wasn’t triggered. I’m sorry if you can’t even figure out something has power going to it, you need to rethink your business. When it comes to fixing things it’s very black and white, no “feelings” need be involved. And that’s exactly how it was communicated to them.
