In a lucky moment of serendipity, I met Travis while walking my dog. After a short conversation, determined my leaking refrigerator problem wasn't as serious as I had imagined. I was able to schedule a repair appointment within a couple days of my call to their office. Everyone is super nice. Very satisfied with the service provided. Charged 79.00 for a diagnosis and then told it would cost 480.00 to fix it. The kicker is the parts are 107.00. Definitely excessive, I do not recommend this company.

This company charged for a part that was under the manufacturers warranty and has refused to refund the charge. Their excuse was that they did not know the age of the machine. The technician was out here 4 times to do do the repair and could have asked the purchase date at any time. The office could also have called. This is a rip off.
