From the moment they answer your phone call you are thier pidgon. Can they repair your appliance? Probably. But it will cost you dearly. It cost me $325.00 to replace a $22.00 part on my refridgerator. The guy tore it apart half installed the part then gave me an esimate to complete. When I balked at the price he asked me what I wanted to do about it. 5 minuites later he was done. Really? That's $3600.00 an hour. Unethical, unprofessional and confrontational. CONSUMER BEWARE!
Terrible experience – They call a 5 minute glance at the appliance a "diagnosis" and will charge $80 for it. When asked for further details, they will decline and cite liability. Even the service technician admits that this company is overpriced for both the diagnosis and actual repair. The manager was condescending and rude on the phone. In summary, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
