I've called this company numerous times over the years. Recently, they we had a faulty ice maker. The tech, Jeff, came out and quickly solved the issue with parts on hand. I then mentioned that the dryer didnt' sound right. He looked into it and tweaked something...and didn't charge me for that. Always a simple referral when anyone asks me for a reliable appliance repair company.
